Shipping Policy

Processing time

Willow & Lilly hand makes all products, and processes orders as they are received. We do our very best to get these orders out ASAP, but we do operate on an estimated 7-10 business day processing time from the date ordered. 

Shipping: Once shipped, Willow & Lilly is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. We will use the address that is provided at the time of check out. If you would like to add insurance to protect against these instances, please notify us before placing your order. If there is a shipping issue, please be sure to contact your local USPS office for information on your package. We will assist you as best as we can, but Willow & Lilly does not deliver door to door.

Tracking will be emailed if you have provided an email address at checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot email tracking information if not provided at the time of checkout. Please contact your local post office regarding any issues after the order has been shipped. Any lost or damaged packages are up to the buyer/customer to file a claim with USPS. 

Shipping Changes: PLEASE make sure your shipping address is accurate before completing the checkout process. If for some reason your shipping information is inaccurate, all changes must be emailed to willowandlilly@yahoo.com within 1 hour of purchase with the email subject "Shipping Address Change (Order Name + Number)". Failure to do so will result in additional shipping fees.

Pre-Orders: Pre-orders will be on selected items. These orders may take up to several weeks to process + shipping time. As soon as the item becomes available you will be notified by E-Mail (if provided in the checkout process) when your purchase ships out. Pre-Orders will ship separately, if your purchasing other items.  All other In-stock items in your cart will ship as normal.
