Bummer! We're sorry it didn't work out...

DO NOT SHIP ITEMS BACK WITHOUT NOTIFYING US FIRST. 

RETURNS: All items are quality controlled before being shipped to customers. Should you receive a damaged item(s), please contact us willowandlilly@yahoo.com. Items must be returned in original and resalable condition, unwashed, unworn, and with all the original tagging attached. Willow & Lilly must be notified for size exchanges within 7 Calendar Days of delivery date as shown on your shipment tracking. No Exceptions. If an item is damaged or defective you must notify us within 3 Calendar Days of delivery date shown on your shipment tracking. After receiving a return authorization from Willow & Lilly the customer must ship the item within 7 Calendar Days (postmarked) at the customers expense unless the item is defective. 

Items purchased on sale, final sale, or clearance are not eligible for exchanges/returns. In the event a custom item or order is created, which is an order with any alterations to colors/names/garment material etc. other then the listing, will not be eligible for exchanges/returns. 

Damaged or Defective Items: 

PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ITEMS WHEN THEY ARRIVE, AS THEY COULD HAVE BEEN DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT.

If you have received a defective item, please E-Mail us within Calendar Days to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 Calendar Days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect within your email. Clothing Pilling is NOT considered a Defect. 

Willow & Lilly is not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care and/or handling.

Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our facility is attempted.

REFUNDS: All refunds will be credited in the form of original payment less shipping and handling fees, except in the case of a defective item or incorrect shipment. 
Sale items and clearance items are final sale with no exchanges or refunds. In cases of damage during shipping, please contact us, as the above may not apply. Please allow up to 5-7 business days to receive a refund once the item has arrived at our facility.  
We strive to resolve issues quickly into the satisfaction of the customer.

GIVEAWAY WINNERS & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS: 

All Giveaway Prizes and/or Promotional Items are considered FINAL SALE and are non exchangeable or returnable. These items are also not eligible for a cash value or store credit. 

CANCELLATIONS: We offer cancellations of your order within 24 hours of purchase. If you decide to cancel after this timeframe, the form of refund is store credit. We appreciate your understanding!
