Q: Where is Willow & Lilly located? 

A: We are based in Florida - United States

Q: How long does it take for items to be shipped?

A: All tees are made on demand. Please allow 7-10 business days, excluding weekends & holidays, for production from the date an order is placed.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we ship to Canada only.

Q: Do you offer local pick up?

A: Yes! Please use code LOCALPICKUP at checkout. Do NOT use this code unless you are picking up locally, or your order will be cancelled. Once your order is ready to be picked up, we will send you an e-mail with the pickup location. Please ensure your e-mail is included with your information at check-out. Turnaround time is the same for local pickup as our current turnaround time on our website, 7-10 days.

Q: I just submitted an order; can I change it?

A: Orders are processed as quickly as possible. We cannot guarantee any changes to your order once it has been submitted. If you need to change your order, please contact us at willowandlilly@yahoo.com

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: We offer cancellations of your order within 24 hours of purchase. If you decide to cancel after this time frame, the form of refund is store credit. 

Q: Do you offer gift-wrapping?

A: We do not provide gift-wrapping services at this time.

Q: Care Instructions?

A: We always recommend washing inside out on cold with like colors, and dry on delicate. Some garments have a unique look because of special dying and finishing process the manufacturer uses. The irregularities are a desired effect and gives each piece it's special character. Depending on the garment there may be pattern inconsistencies and/or color run.
